Grand Junction real estate photographer, certified FAA drone pilot available to photograph and video homes on the Colorado Western slope. It is important to present your listing in a professional way to build trust with clients and to attract buyers. Taking photos of houses is not as easy as you think, from making sure the walls are straight, to making the rooms look bright with true colors and natural shadows. I aim to present your home in the best possible way bringing in my own lights and using flambient photography techniques that create bright and airy images. Video
Walk through videos are a great way to show the property to clients. I like to get creative so let’s discuss your vision and put a video together. I use a mirrorless camera, stabilization gimbal and two drones, one is FVP to add more of a birds eye view and can fly through small spaces.
